Tasks are the “currency” used to complete certain actions in AirOps like generating content or extracting data. Not every step in a workflow is a task; only specific step types count toward your usage. The number of tasks depends on both the step type and the data being processed. You only pay for the tasks your workflows actually run—nothing more.

Each workspace gets 50,000 free credits to test workflows in the workflow builder before going live for Scale, Enterprise, and 14-day free trial accounts. After that, task-based billing begins.

The number of tasks you'll need depends on a number of factors. Tasks are counted every time an AirOps workflow successfully completes an action. As you add more data sources, AI model queries and other steps to your workflows, you can expect the task usage to increase. If you run out of tasks, you can keep using AirOps but you will be charged for incremental usage beyond your initial allotment. For Solo plan users, additional tasks cost $0.025 per task. Your tasks will automatically reset to your plan's monthly allotted amount at the beginning of the next calendar month.

AirOps 14-day Free Trial gives you access to all Scale plan features for a 14 day period. No need to provide payment details until the end of the trial. Your trial will end when you either 1.) Run out of tasks allotted in the trial 2.) the 14-day period elapses, or 3.) you elect to end the trial early and upgrade to a paid plan.

You can easily track your task usage through the AirOps platform. From app.airops.com follow the navigation path Settings>Billing and you will see the tasks you’ve used so far in the monthly billing period and when your tasks will reset. You can also track tasks and usage at the workflow level via Monitoring from the home screen.

Yes! If you are on a Solo plan, the ability to add your own keys can be added to your plan. You can reach out to our team below for more details. For Scale and Agency plan users, this is included in your plan.
