TL;DR

Today we're launching native integrations across Webflow, WordPress, Contentful, Sanity, ContentStack, Ghost, and Strapi on the CMS side, and Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, and Airtable for project management. Enterprise content teams can now go from insight to published content in one connected workflow, without the manual handoffs that slow everything down.

Most marketing teams I talk to already know their content library is behind. Stale pages, broken links, positioning that stopped being true two product cycles ago.

They know. They're just not doing it.

The workflow is genuinely painful. You're pulling content out of your CMS into a Google Doc, pasting it into Claude, cleaning up the output, reformatting it, pushing it back, and manually updating a tracker somewhere. For every single page. With thousands of pages left to go.

That's not a strategy problem. That's a plumbing problem. And that's what we're fixing.

The idea is simple: you should be able to go from insight to published content without leaving one connected workflow. No spreadsheets. No copy-pasting between tabs. No "I'll come back to this sprint" that never happens.

Why this matters now

AI search has changed the stakes of stale content. It was always a problem. Now it's a faster-moving one.

Our research found that content not updated within 3 to 12 months is significantly less likely to earn citations in AI search. Not just less likely to rank on Google. Less likely to exist in an AI answer at all. A 2022 blog post with broken links and outdated product language isn't just ranking lower. It's functionally invisible.

That puts teams in an uncomfortable spot. The backlog of content that needs refreshing isn't new pages. It's the existing library that's quietly aging out of AI visibility while the team is focused on net-new creation.

The teams that have figured this out are treating their content library as a living asset. Webflow's team is a good example. They invested seriously in content refresh workflows, not just new content creation. The result was 42% more traffic and conversions that performed 6x better than unbranded organic.

That's not a content quality story. That's a maintenance story.

What the integrations actually do

The way most teams work today: single-item. Pull one page. Push one page. It's what every integration platform is built for.

That's not what we built.

AirOps was designed to handle collections. Your whole content library in one workflow. You can import an entire CMS collection into AirOps, run it through your AI-powered refresh workflow with brand context and SEO data loaded, and push it back to your CMS in one click, formatted and ready.

The project management integrations close the other half of the loop. As content moves through the workflow, task statuses automatically sync in Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Airtable. Your team knows what's in review, what's approved, what's live, without anyone manually updating a tracker. The coordination that usually happens across three Slack threads just happens.

In practice, that looks like a few different things depending on what your team is working on:

That's not five tools stitched together with good intentions. That's one connected pipeline.

And to be clear: there's still a human in the loop. Every workflow routes through review before anything goes live. The integrations make it fast. Your team makes it right. The speed is real. The oversight stays intact.

One more thing these integrations unlock

When content refresh is no longer painful, teams stop skipping it.

That's the actual unlock. Not just "you can do this faster." It's that the work that keeps getting pushed to next quarter finally gets done, because the friction is gone.

We've spent two years building AirOps to handle the creation side. These integrations close the loop on the maintenance side.

If you're already on AirOps, the new integrations are available now at no additional cost.
