Chime’s organic growth team faced a challenge every high-growth company encounters: a large, complex content library that had become difficult to maintain.

With over 700 blog posts, strict compliance requirements, and a refresh process that relied on a combination of manual and custom GPT effort, the team was struggling to keep content fresh and relevant. They were only able to refresh about 50 posts per quarter, even though hundreds needed attention each year.

The Challenge
