Banking has never been smarter, and Chime is the most loved banking platform delivering financial progress for every day Americans. Chime’s organic growth team faced a challenge every high-growth company encountered: a large, complex content library that had become difficult to maintain.

With over 700 blog posts, strict compliance requirements, and a refresh process that relied on a combination of manual and custom GPT effort, the team was struggling to keep moving at the speed of search. They were only able to refresh about 50 posts per quarter, even though hundreds had the opportunity to drive further impact.

The Challenge

Chime built an internal, GPT-powered content workflow tool to scale content creation and ideation, a major step forward in increasing production.
