Monthly Feature Roundup: Faster Insights, Deeper Visibility, Better Decisions

Things move fast around here! This monthly release roundup is our way of surfacing the good stuff: new features, meaningful improvements, and the upgrades that make a real difference for our customers.
Today, we’re excited to launch several new AI Search improvements to kick off 2026 strong.
Optimizing content for AI search isn’t a one time set-it-and-forget-it approach. Answers shift. Sources change. And visibility depends on how consistently your brand is referenced across models, prompts, and over time.
These new updates are about making that behavior more visible for our customers. We’re rolling out new AI Search improvements that show where citations actually come from, how often they appear, and how to act on that data without waiting or guessing.
See where you’re cited, at a glance with Citations Matrix
We’ve introduced a new matrix view in Analytics that makes it easier to understand how often your brand is cited by each AI platform.
With the Citations Matrix, you can:
- Compare citation frequency across AI engines
- View performance by Topic, Domain Category, or against competitors
- Quickly spot gaps and opportunities without digging through individual prompts
This gives you a high-level signal of where your authority is landing, and where it’s not.

Understand how often AI answers change with AI Search with Multi-Answer Frequencies
Enterprise customers can now run multiple AI engine answers per prompt per day to get a larger, more reliable sample size.
Instead of relying on a single answer (which can vary from run to run) multiple answers help cut through the noise. By looking across more responses, you can spot consistent citation patterns, understand true visibility, and separate signal from randomness.
This makes it easier to see how often your brand actually shows up, not just whether it appeared once.

Know what kind of sites are citing you with Domain Categories
A new visualization shows what types of sites are being cited for the prompts you’re tracking, like Social, Media, Reviews, or Marketplaces.
This helps you understand the mix of sources AI engines rely on for different prompts, spot patterns across categories, and see how citation behavior changes by topic or query type.

Here's how we're defining the various categories:
Prioritize the prompts that matter most with Enhanced Prompt Insights + Tags
The Prompts section now lets you tag and organize prompts based on your priorities.
For example, you can group all of your Q1 launch prompts or tag prompts that should be listicles, then view and manage them together in one place. This makes it easier to stay focused on the prompts that matter most and keep large prompt sets organized as you monitor how they perform.
Built for teams engineering content that performs
These improvements are designed to show you what’s really happening behind the scenes so you can focus on what’s working, fix what isn’t, and move faster without second-guessing every decision. Let’s make this the year teams move faster with clarity & confidence 🚀
