Real-time Collaboration in AirOps

TL;DR

TLDR; Collaboration has been one of our most requested features and we’re excited to launch our first set of features to support larger teams.

The Challenge

The best content teams aren't trying to replace human creativity with AI - they're finding ways to blend human expertise with AI workflows to produce higher-quality, unique content more efficiently than ever.

As teams move faster, the human touch that drives quality can get lost. To keep up, collaboration has to evolve—where people can align faster, collaborate with AI seamlessly, and create and refresh content that consistently raises the bar.

Collaboration Rolling Out Today

Today we’re introducing the first wave of collaboration features designed to help teams move faster and work smarter together. This doubles down on our goal of helping marketers get leverage from precise AI and firmly keeping humans in the loop.

We’re starting with collaboration in AirOps Grid. Teams can now collaborate in real time, with built-in commenting, approvals, and version tracking—so every change is captured and nothing slips through the cracks.

Teams like Carta are already collaborating in AirOps Grids.

“Now we can accelerate content approvals by just giving legal or subject matter experts a simple way to jump into AirOps and leave comments instead of exporting. The ability to collaborate directly in AirOps is really useful for us,” Lucy Hoyle, Content Marketing Manager, Carta

Live Peer Editing, Commenting, and Approvals

You can now collaborate directly inside AirOps, with a Google-Docs style experience:

  • See who is editing
  • Highlight changes in real-time
  • Spark your team’s creativity by working together in one platform

According to the team at Wiz, this shift has already unlocked time savings and workflow improvements.

“That is huge. We’ve been spending weeks working out of Google Docs with collaborators; the links we give PMMs for review cycles are now directly in AirOps instead,” said Erik Episcopo, SEO Manager at Wiz

Full Version Control

Another core upgrade is version history. Every single change whether it comes from an AI workflow run or a human editor, is automatically saved and stored. Users can:

  • Review past iterations
  • Compare them side-by-side
  • Restore older versions with a single click
  • Keep an audit trail for every change

This makes tracking experimentation easier, keeps teammates and agencies accountable, and ensures no work ever gets lost.
