How to run a workflow as a single-run form

Access the single-run form

Running a Workflow in a Grid is just one way to execute it. To open the single-run form:

• Go to the Workflow’s meta description
• Press Publish
• Click Run workflow

Add your inputs

The single-run form supports several input types:

• Media inputs
• File inputs
• Image inputs

Enable sharing

Sharing lets others prototype and test your Workflow:

• Click Share
• Toggle on Enable sharing to generate a publicly accessible URL

Keep in mind that using a file input disables sharing, so the public URL won’t be created if a file input is included. This form offers a simple way to start testing and to explore different inputs.
